YIKES!

Sammi met with the our Stake President this morning to finalize her mission papers. It was a wonderful experience for her and he totally approves of her desire to serve the Lord on a mission. President Dibble told her he will submit her papers tonight to the First Presidency but, because of General Conference next week, they won't meet to assign missionaries until the following Friday, April 10. So...her call should come somewhere around April 15!! How

My Baby is 21!!

I can't believe how time has flown! I can't believe my little Sammi Sue is turning 21 today. With it comes a flood of new experiences and adventures for her. Who would have thought 21 years ago today, I'd be getting her ready for a mission? Who would have thought she'd turn out so beautiful and sweet? She's such a good girl...someone any parent would be proud to call theirs. Luckily, her Dad and I get the blessing.

My sweet, awesome early birthday present!!

Mallorie is having surgery on Thursday (removing her tailbone) so she won't be feeling to hot on my birthday Friday. Sunday, she, Tom, and Sammi had me open my present. I've had Charlie's pictures taken a couple of times at Busath Photography where Mal works. Adam Roach, the photographer, has done an AMAZING job each time he's done them. (Check out his other work here.)So...Mal and Sam had some of his pictures put into a book...like the ones you can put on the coffee table...only mine is small enough to put in my purse (they said so I can carry it around and show it off!!). Anyway, it's absolutely darling and I LOVE IT!!!!! I've scanned the pictures and put them into a slideshow. So stinkin' cute!!

I can't wait to see the rest on Friday!

Raving Rabbids!

Zack discovered a new Wii game and rented it Wednesday night. Seriously, I haven't laughed that hard in a long, LONG time! Watching Bob and him play it was absolutely hilarious!! I've never seen so much tongue action going on during a game in my life!! We are definitely fans of the game!!

Saturday afternoon, all the girls (Mallorie, Sammi, Maddi, and Kenzi) and I went to see this cute new move: Confessions of a Shopaholic. It's adorable!! Fun plotline, cute actors and actresses, just a lot of fun! The best part was getting to spend time with ALL my girls. It's been FOREVER since we've done something like that and it was a BLAST!!
